So I have been relapsing on day 10 for like 3 months now. I just can't control myself when I reach those number of days. How do I get over this? We are in a lockdown where I live so I can't go out either.
Do something on that day. Keep yourself occupied. If you feel the urge coming, hold your breath for 30 seconds to a minute. If the urge persists, cold shower.
