Unfortunatly I relapsed, but it was another important lesson. The things I've learned: - Don't start watching sexual photos on instagram, it will lead to masturbation and to porn viewing due to the chaser effect. Yes, the chaser effect is very real. - I now am able to control intrusive thoughts. I noticed they don't affect me anymore. - The pleasure from the masturbation and porn session was not satisfying due to not enough libido. I've learned that after 17 days, the libido is not yet ripristinated ( of course ). You need atleast 3 months. All of this won't make me fall for another relapse. I'm very sure about it, I know I said it on my previous streak's start but this time is for real. These new things I've learned really won't make me fall for a new relapse anymore.
