Day 20, I'm feeling the urges now but I'm determined not to give him

Day 8, I feel good I haven’t had any significant urges and I’m too busy to think about pmo anyway so that’s a good thing.

Day 0, I didn't expect to relapse but I did because I was bored and stressed.

Day 4, feeling much better nowadays.

Day 0, lasted a month before the urges caught up with me. It always happens when I least expect it.

Day 2, I'm not giving in this time...

Day 3, feeling quite positive but I need a break :(

Day 0 yet again, I don't know why I keep going back to this.

you should consider fasting during ramadan beacuse i have read how islam teaches you to abstain urself from all such things.

Day 74, I feel like I'm going back to normal now. I can focus on other things without all those urges.

Day 34, getting tired of this.

Day 25, thus the hard part begins.

Day 21, managed to reach 3 weeks again after a long-time. At the same time I'm terrified I'll slip up and throw all this away.

Day 17, an uneventful day. The urges are subsiding but I barely have energy to do anything.
