Ask yourself what made you relapse and learn from your mistakes brother, write your mistakes on a piece of paper and remember stop after one relapse do not continue assuming it as a day 0, it's not at your body level, your struggle didn't gone waste.

A simple question : Did you ask yourself what made you relapse?
If no then kindly ask so that mistakes cannot be repeated more than once write on a piece of paper and learn from your mistakes, meditate and no regrets. :)
