I've picked this book up from my local library, and it's really on to something. I would guess alot of the depression reported on the forum is due to repressed (stuffed) feelings. well you could have actually explained what the freaking book was about, maybe mentioned how it has helped you (in a detailed way), instead of just saying that anyone depressed should read this or that, just saying bro.
