I have been using the days counter app for a while now . I have days since i last watched p ( more than 60 now) Days since i m. Days since i o. Days since i edged ( google images - pretty faces) And i even have a counter for nail biting. Also counters for days since starting a new physical or dietary regime. The motivation it gives me is tremendous.
Same, it is a really nice and easy way (the app system) to help you keep track of it. It didn't gave me so much motivation to never fail, but to restart again!
