hi all!! yesterday I completed my 10th day of no PMO in my 2nd take. I went to sleep and when I woke up I noticed that I had a wet dream. so, I'm not sure how to feel, is this good or bad? and, does this count as a relapse? please help, any suggestion will be highly appreciated.
    thank you.

It's not a relapse. You are striving your body and it looks for some release, that's it.I consider it as a good sign.

@Kurapika but it releases testosterone, which works wonders if it is in my body and imo the same happens when we fap, doesn't it? so how it can't be a relapse? just curious..

A relapse is intentionally releasing it .We are here to fight an addiction not to keep semen in our body. The body needs a release and we seek this release to be natural which is either during sleep or during real sex.

    Ejaculation does not release testosterone

I had a similar experience. I freaked out because I had never had a wet dream in my life before. I felt disgusted with my self and almost reset my counter because of it.

It's natural for your body to want to get rid of the build up. Kurapika is perfectly correct. Good luck with your nofap journey aakkss.

You may find it easier from now in the next few weeks, having released some of the sexual tension that you would have been accumulating over the last 10 days. However, beware: for you may find you face urges to orgasm again soon. This is called the chaser effect: it's usually a symptom following a relapse but you can experience the chaser effect after an orgasm as well. Just be conscious of your urges and desires in the coming days. I would be especially careful as you are only in the early stages of your recovery. Don't let this wet dream cause you to relapse by masturbating.

thanks @Sun Bro for your precious advice...

@NoBrainer, you are pretty much right yesterday(the day before the wet dream) was a very tough day for me as far as the urges are concerned but push-ups saved me. hope I can continue my streak..
