Small goals today but I feel if I write these I am accountable. 1. Go for a run/walk with 4 1-minute jogging sessions. 2. Intermittent fasting until 5pm. Last food was approx 9pm yesterday. Will check in later and write done.
Done on 50%. Had to course correct, had the day off and wanted to watch a movie with popcorn. Did put in another goal that was completed: 2. 10 minute walk with clean/press dumbbells, 4 sets of 4.
