Guys I’ve been doing well since last 2 weeks, but now I’ve literally lost my control and started again any advice for me? :/
Change your habits and change your routine. You haven’t provided much to go on. You have to realize what led to your relapse and change you strategy to avoid it in the future. Get out of the house, away from the computer. Turn on browsing restrictions. Be aware of your old habits and what usually leads to your PMO use, and change those patterns so you don’t put yourself in that position. Leave the doors open or the lights on. Stop yourself before you start. Each and every time you relapse, or become close to it, use it as a learning opportunity to come up with a corrective action: something you can do to prevent it from reoccurring. Then put it into practice. Rinse and repeat if necessary. Usually urges only last a few minutes, so the best thing you can do is something else for a little bit. Get out, go for a walk. Do some push ups. Meditate or pray to clear your mind until the urges pass.
