Last night I had a wet dream and now during the day I feel very stressed!! I remember also having strong headaches after wet dreams, but fortunately this time I haven‘t.. Feel free to share your experience/symtopms after a wet dream..
If pornographic imagery is present in the dream (Sometimes it is for me, other times it's not) then I usually end up feeling a lot worse. It will leave me feeling a bit depressed and crappy, as if I had relapsed or something. If it's just a bit of nocturnal emission without any imagery, then it will leave me feeling a bit foggy headed and tired through out the day at the most.
