Right now I am on day 2 hard mode. This post is to keep myself accountable and invite anyone else who is keen to join me as well. I will update my progression whenever I can and feel free to do the same. Over the years I have been on a few streaks but never achieved 30 days before, this may not be a big accomplishment for some but it is for me. It's all about making small steps in the moment to achieve the bigger picture in the future, so day 2 here I am.
It's almost time to go to bed for me. I am implementing a new habit of not using my phone an hour before bed time, so the next time I come back to post on this forum I will be on day 3. Keep fighting the battle everyone.
Ok so am on to day 3 now, I woke up feeling less stressed and anxious in general, not sure if it's placebo or not but I'll keep going.
On day 4 now. Almost relapsed yesterday but I've learned that doubting whether nofap works or not will make you want to give in. The key is to remind yourself why you're doing it and remembering the personal benefit you got from it previously.
This isn't important but I was curious as to why you are not using the journal section for your entries. It will seem to be the most appropriate decision for you. Again it's not a personal thing, just a curiosity. Well done on your progress by the way
