Hi, i'm 42 years old. i don't think i've ever gone more than 2 weeks without masturbating since I reached puberty. Often I masturbate three times a day. Also i've had a porn addiction since age 20 and watch it for several hours at a time. I have depression and low self confidence. I've been aware of my addiction/problem for a long time. I've come to the point where I've had enough and I want to make a change. So far i've gone 13 days without PMO. I want to go the rest of my life without PM. I know that's probably a lofty goal but I'm going to try.

Hey moofkah, I have some of the same issues. Can I ask if you are dealing w the depression part? How? I can't give up my only means of anxiety-response, and my only source of endorphins, and not go crazy. I have to substitute it with other things. So I am trying a lot of stuff, and hoping you are working on these, too. I wish us both the best!
Hi OldSofa, I have been on anti depression medication for about 4 years now. It is something I would like to stop taking eventually. Recently I have gotten heavily into running (I find running with others helps), and I have started a plant based diet as well after watching "the game changers" documentary. I'm still feeling low energy but I'm feeling happy with myself because I'm still on my no PM streak
