Even though our modern day lives revolve around sex, it doesnt mean its normal or good for us to treat sex as frivolous we do, dont fall into the cultural pressure. If you look into some of the more older teachings of sex, it is pretty serious business.

Iv been studying myself and my anxiety when talking with people and girls, I go through really easy times to garbage times. Im completely normal with girls and great, then another time Im full of anxiety. Diet completely fucks me up and meditation helps to decloud my mind and anxiety but I dont have the self discipline to do either usually! haha! Not to mention all the other crap!

Heres what Im going to start doing:

1. Slow down on drinking and caffeine
2. cut back on large meals and sugar (im 160lbs but Im savage on sweets, just ate 4 donuts)
3. fast (no food + low amounts of water) for 1-3 days. (for mental clarity)
4. Meditate for at least 10min twice a day
5. hypnosis for calming the mojo ect..
6. earthing (skin contact with ground) min 10 min a day. (30 ideal)
7. no pmo (only skipping pm when I find decent gf material, plus refraining from o as much as possible!)
8. notice shit thoughts, and exchange for positive mental dialog. Be more grateful in general.
9. need to find a hobby... and some peoples to hang with!
10. after watching on youtube, Im going to be praying and asking for help in Jesus name too!

I understand the fast but how does low water improve clarity?

 

i havnt done one of these fasts myself, but after the fast is done, is sounds like you gain allot of clairity, the no food n water triggers the body to filter out the crap in the body says the internet.

 

Don't do it man. You're just trading one addiction for another and this one can wind you up broke and in jail. You will regret it because it's not the same as someone having sex with you because they actually WANT to. It's two totally different things. The only way this scenario works out for you is if you're so good the prostitute falls head over heels for you. Considering you're a virgin that's not gonna happen. I also doubt you would want to be in a relationship with someone that does that for a living.
