    Hi!

I wanted to know if involuntary exposures on sexy / exciting content was bad for a reboot?

Per example by watching films / tv shows including some nude content like Game of Thrones : is it bad if I watch these contents if it's not the first intention and if I don't masturbate? (Even if it excites me a lot)

I ask this because this afternoon, I watched an hip hop video diffused on TV and even if it was not the goal, I have been turned on a lot (I even precumed a little). This video didn't include some visible parts but the singer is really, really pretty and she turned me really horny. But it's not even softcore porn, just a simple music video.

Must I counsider this as a relapse or an edging?

    Thanks!

It all depends on your intentions. You may not have gone to see the music video to get your rocks off, but once you realized that you were reacting like that, did you continue to watch? Did you entertain the lustful thoughts? Or did you turn it off. Just because something doesn't carry the label of pornography, doesn't mean it doesn't cause the same feelings and urges. For that reason, if something causes you to react, which you did, then music videos...at least the ones like that are pornography for you. If you were to search for that video to see it again, I'd say that calls for a reset. If you know a show or movie is going to have some triggery scenes, you shouldn't watch them. It will only make your recovery harder. Best of luck!

I agree with this statement. At least I think this is the best way to start a reboot. Maybe i'm a bit paranoid about this stuff but I blocked off Youtube (i can recommend that anyway, could give you lot's more time) and if I encounter some triggering scenes I just divert my eyes, I do the same in public places. You can't avoid to encounter this stuff but you can avoid 'looking twice'. It's all about intention, you probably know if you cheated yourself, just ask yourself why you came to look at the triggering stuff, and wonder if it was really a coincidence.

    Thanks guys

@pizzaman : the fact is I always react like that, I always have strong random boners and a little bit sexiness can make me hard as rock in my "hot" periods (It's my 26th day without PMO so these periods are getting more and more difficults). So I didn't turn off because it's usual, but I didn't had porn thoughts, just watched the video. I can even be very sexually turned on without watching on anything or even thinking about explicit content, but just about the "pleasure" that could give me an orgasm

@Ferdyduke : Thanks for the advice, but I use Youtube a lot to listen my music (I need it haha). So the thing is to avoid looking for these exciting contents and to do the best to avoid it... Okay!

And what if I was not really addict before starting NoFap? (I looked at porn about four times a week, often softcore videos but never really hardcore vids)
    Does it change anything?

You should decide for yourself, but I would recommend blocking youtube off altogether. You can use grooveshark, deezer or spotify to listen to music.
