Still have semen leakage

    Does anyone know if this symptom ever stops? Over 6 months nofap and now every 2 to 3 weeks I'll end a piss with some semen leaking out. For a while this was happening twice a week and I thought it was over but just further spaced out now. I'm 34 and have never had a wet dream. It's more than precum and I feel a little off/weak after it happens. Yourbrainonporn states this stops after fully rebooting.

    I just did a search for this topic dude as it happened to me this week and I felt so tired/ unenergetic and lacking in confidence after.

    Did you find any answers?

    I read elsewhere here that it is due to weak pelvic floor muscles which can be addressed with daily kegels.

    Either it's even more spaced out now than it was or that is finally over. Probably been 2 months now since the last. I was doing kegels early on but should keep up with that. Congrats on 50 days!

    Thanks man yes I've found it it has lessened somewhat and my energy has recovered.
