    Hi am harshal..19 years old.. new to this community... and I m ready to change my fricking life.. I have been masturbating and watching porn since 3-4 years I guess ..... firstly I thought that maturbating sometimes is OK.. n it helped me in relaxing ....but lately I know I have been addicted to it ..and hell I wanna stop this shit ...n hey .. this post is gonna be little bit longer...so pls Hang on .. I want share I part of my life which I am living right now .. plss just hang on .. it means so much to me ...... so .. I never had a gf ... and lately now even any FEMALE FRINDS .... yeah in college and no female interaction .. and guys who r my so called "FRIENDS" r hooking with girls monthly and I'm a here for waiting for some one to talk to... n yeah those 2 shitty things DEPRESSION AND LONELINESS they fucking hitting me hard ..... I see guys on social media whom I sit with daily in my classes .. going to clubs and bars .. posting photos with there gf's and friends .. goddamit they look do happy man .. and I am here sitting in front of some of my syllabus textbooks .. and thinking of them.. being so happy ..so NOW I am gonna change a hell lot of things in my life .. starting From NOFAP .. ..and i knw there r miles to go ... ... and I will do any fucking thing to change my life ..... so thank so so much if ur reading till now .. it means so much to me .. plss do comment it's nice to hav someone to talk to .. n yeah lastly it's not some day it's FUCKING DAY ONE ...

    Welcome to the community Harshal! Dang you got me pumped to keep going! Thanks for sharing your story. I've been in college for the past 3 years and haven't had any female friends until last summer when I took a communication class. Now I have WAY more confidence, self-regard, and friends that are women! Maybe you should try taking a communication class like I did! Keep up the good fight!

    I wish you good luck with rebooting! Your story is similar to mine and I can understand you (well, I actually have one female friend but we're not talking much like I talk with boys). You'll see that NoFap community one of the best communities in the world and they'll support you in any situation.
