Still have flashbacks after 7 months no PMO!

    Hi, I still have realistic flashbacks of P after almost 7 months no PMO. This morning it was intense and lasted 1 hour. If I resist to it or it gets me excited it lasts a long time. Does it mean i'm still addicted? Is it negative for my brain?

    Well done going 7 months. Yes, it is because of addiction and focusing on old porn memories will delay your rewiring. Risk of triggering relapse too. Suggest reject flashbacks by distracting yourself and tuning your mind to non-sexual thoughts

    wait what does it mean to focus on it? I'm on day 112 and when I get flashbacks I shake my head immediately and try to think of something random, does that mean I am not healing?
