Depression Linked To Relapse?

    Hello my dudes,

    I ended a 6 day streak unfortunately to me being depressed. It seems as if when im around the people who make me not want to kill myself when I dont even thinking of PMO at all, hencing that 6 day no PMO. I have relapsed repeatedly for the last week because I havemt been around the people who make me not want to die. I wish I could get away from the people who make me want to die but im stuck with them in school. Any suggestions?

    Have you watched any motivational speeches on youtube. Life is simple but we make it hard and its not just the words there i means a lot. Read some good self help books. i believe depression in your case might be linked with your addiction. So called withdrawal symptoms. No one wants you dead its just the addiction kicking it. I have felt it too.
