Just completed a 90-day challenge so this is the next step I suppose. As I understand it I begin on day 0 for this challenge. So...

0 days down, 180 to go.

I can clearly see an improvement in my confidence and concentration levels!!

 

I relapsed, had a wet dream i was able to get through but i ended up going to see an escort yesterday. Dream was so intense i couldn't sleep and calm down. Right after escort i watched porn that same day. Does anyone know of a way to have a program block stuff on the computer so i can block websites, and on the phone as well.

EDIT: I'm going to start over if it's fine i'll check back next Thursday on progress.
