Tried to quit for 10 years - this is now it Fapstronauts!

Feel really awkward introducing myself here given I've never participated in discussion forums before or posted anything on my facebook page(not for 3 years). I've gone through many programs before and have taken copious notes but this problem seems to linger. The biggest element I have missed in all is having a supportive network and so looking forward to contributing to discussion forums, sharing my notes and reading comments from others
