Is pre-cum considered a relapse?

    Hey, so this one really gets to me.
    90% of the times i relapse, it's because i get the pre-ejaculate simply after being turned on for some time (even if i try to ignore it) and just get in the "okay so just fu*k it" attitude and go on to another relapse.
    I just need clarification here. Can someone tell me if pre-cum resulting from simply being turned on count as a relapse?

    I agree, at some point your going to have to avoid the arousal part because it's only going to lead you down that same familiar path to P. For now you could keep the counter going and declare it a win because you didn't let it get that far, but eventually it will because it always has in the past.

    Thank you all. I'll be sure to take these into account. Intentional arousal seems to be the problem here so i guess i'll just require distractions to tackle that. Thanks again; MUCH appreciated!!

    WRONG! it is not P = porn, or M = masturbation, or O = orgasm.

    Precum can ooze from your penis without even having an erection. Even semen itself can come out when you urinate or poop. These scenarios have nothing to do with recovering from porn and masturbation addiction. Just don't fantasize. ;)

    Precum itself isn't a relapse as long as it's unintentional. When I wake up with morning wood I almost always have precum.
