    My most intense area of focus is foot fetish. I sat here for almost 10 minutes trying to get the courage to say it. I suppose part of the illness is the effort we put into protecting our secrets at all costs so here it is... foot fetish:(

    Please do not be embarrassed to reveal anything on nofap, NOBODY is here to judge. People get off to different rhings, everyone is different. But were all on the same level; trying to overcome something thats gotten a hold of us.

    Thank you. I was waiting for the walls to cave on me. I guess spending 15 years addicted has made it really difficult to open up about it.

    One of the biggest things to do is open up about it. When i first did, i felt an enormous weight carried off my shoulders. Thats what evrryone on nofap is here for, to help you, to help me, to help each other. Write ALL that you want and 99% of the time youll get answers, responses, help and you can use that to your own good use. Remember youre not in it alone brother

    what kind of specific problem you have...is not a concern here. we all have one thing in common and that is "a behaviour has become unmanageable and unthinkable that it has started affecting our lives".
