Nighttime flashes

    All the times I tried to reboot, including this time, I've had a problem with porn images and thoughts that pop up in my mind out of nowhere when I try to sleep at night. Does anybody else here has or had this problem? How to deal with it?

    Dude, I've had the same problem. This happened to me last night! It started with me thinking back to a video I saw that really excited me, and then I thought about more videos and more videos, and it just spiraled from there. I really had to fight hard not to relapse, because my brain was making every excuse in the book to just watch porn. I wound up trying to focus my mind on a non-sexual fantasy story until I fell asleep.

    I'd be interested to hear what other people do to cope with this, though. Because it was a struggle.

    You can delete stuff, block stuff, stay away from pc and cellphone, etc etc etc, but what do we do when the enemy is inside our head? =/
