    I can relate to this experience. More of this is coming! Just today I was in traffic and some stuff happened that would have made me angry before. But I was just keeping calm and steady, even made a joke about it. It really surprised me how I handled the situation.

    Into Day 13/16. My goal takes me through the upcoming weekend, the time frame (weekends) are my problem times. I will also be coming up on 14 days, another elusive marker during my very long recovery journey.

    I continue to make my battle lines intentionality and I believe it is the key. I just have to remember that.

    Keep yourself busy. Get out of the house. If you don't have anything to do, don't sit inside. Sit outside. Walk around town. Sit on benches, and in parks, and in malls, surrounded by people. Go people watching. Spend time with an old friend. Get out there, and keep yourself distracted. Maybe do something tiring, that way you'll pass out instantly as soon as you get home.

    Day 42/60 here. I'll be honest, I felt some temptations last night. It's weird, they didn't necessarily stem from urges. I was thinking about how proud of myself I was. I was thinking "I haven't watched P for 40 days!!!", and that slowly faded to "holy, I haven't watched watched porn in 40.. days...", and until I shut it out of my mind I felt the smallest urge to watch it. Other than that, I'm still feeling good. Haven't quite adjusted to being back in school, but I'm working on it.

    Well guys, I just fell. Resetting my mo counter to 0. I did not masturbate to porn, so it has still been 15 days since I last watched porn.

    I entertained the urges for too long tonight, and eventually I could not hold out any longer. I have learned a lot from this past streak of 15 days, and it was my longest streak yet.

    I know I can not MO again because that will eventually end up with me binging, and eventually watching porn again. Time to get back on the horse. And make this next streak even longer. Wish me luck.

    At the same time it sucks. Going back to day one is hard, because of all the work I put into the past 15 days.. really sucks.

    Right. Remember that next time. When you get to day 15 or 20 or 90, remember how badly you wanted to be at that day and how hard it was to get there.

    If you don't binge and since there was no p, there's at least a chance you won't have to go through the withdrawall again.....maybe. Here's hoping

    Welcome to my thread! If this is your first time trying, please read this whole thread and you can get a good idea of what you're up against. I want to encourage you to set a very short goal at first and keep adding new goals as you are successful to reach your ultimate goal. This will be one of the hardest things you've ever done, so work hard, keep up your guard and stay away from porn and you can do it.

    I'm restarting the challenge on 10 Days free from PMO when I wake up in the morning. The past two days since my relapse have been much more of a challenge then I had anticipated. Had sexual thoughts swimming around the brain, and I'm feeling a sense of deep shame because I had barely any will to fight them. I didn't P, but I did MO several times today, and it felt like I was on autopilot. I didn't feel like myself today, and consider this day as a second reset. Here's hoping to a better day tomorrow.
