This was the hardest so far. It wouldn't have taken much to O without P or M this morning. This is the longest I've been, this is my first challenge. I don't really have a goal set, just trying to see how long I can make it. Seems to get tougher every day, especially of a morning time. I do notice not being as tired all day, and having more energy as of now.
Just set some type of goal be even ambitious about the goal. You always have choise in your mind to indulge in your habits or not. Stay strong!
It is challenging, but when you feel like back sliding, ask yourself “Is this problem stronger than me?”
I'm gonna try and make the 90 day mark. Got to do this 8 more times. I'm glad I found this place. I thinks it's going to help me get through this.
