Yesterday I relapsed again after 6 days. I have been doing this for a few months. My main trigger is being home alone during an afternoon - not morning or night. I actually enjoyed being alone, I am productive in other things and I can read books. How do I break this 7 day barrier? I have been meditating every day, exercising.
You remind of me in the beginning, took me months to reach 40 days (then relapsed because the flatline damaged my studies), anyways, the best advice i can give you to survive the first week is to: 1. dont touch little johnny, only when you pee. 2. dont watch hot girls on the internet, just because it isnt technically P it doesn't mean it isn't hurtful. 3. don't try to find excuses, this one is key, no "ill start better and fresh next week" etc.. 4. *optional* use k9 web protection.
