    I just want take a second to thank every courageous man or woman here who fought this monster taking away our lives. Thank you for sharing your stories and being such an inspiration. I wish I can reach your level. I'm at day 1 for the 100th time in my life and will not give up. I love my life and family so much, I will not give up.

    do not let focus turn into obsessions. better use time well and focus your mind on your work or school.focus to improve ourselves and our bad habits slowly disappeared. i've entered day 30, and I realize I wasted my beautiful time just to doing something bad. I just realized that a lot of good things out there, lots of good people, beautiful scenery, and most importantly,the chance to feel alive and happy. now i really enjoy life!!i hope you can feel happiness in the hard life of this world my brother. our life is beautiful if we do not follow our lust
