    I was wondering about the success rate of this nofap 90 day program. How many are attempting it and how many of this group have actually made all the way to the end. So, I decided to post a poll.

    I can only add 10 options to the poll, so it's not very accurate, but at least it will give us an idea.

    EDIT: we're talking about streaks with no P, M & O

    I guess the results of the poll (so far) could be viewed as disappointing, or motivational.

    Personally, I'd like to beat the average, so I'm going with motivational :)

    Looks like those first two weeks claim the most victims. But still good to see that almost 20% of people make it all the way to the end.

    Well BMT got in the way, but that was my longest pause. I started again in the middle of technical school. It was about three and a half months.

    wow 11-20 seems to be the most guess thats the hardest part. I think thats right if you look at a majority of my streaks they are 11-20 I wonder if its just this sudden cut that causes all these urges.
