    C'mon Connor, you can do it. You always could. You have just got yourself into a mind set that if you get a stiffie you gotta play with yourself and look up some hot vids etc. Dig your heels in hard and don't give in. It gets easier by about week three. :)

    One thing that should work is gradual withdrawal. Stay clean for 1 day for a start. Then 2 next time for 1 week. Then 3 for 2 weeks. Like this. Also,wake up early and go for half an hr walk.
