NoFap Update #15: Changing My life

  1. I'm gonna change my life for the better. To do that the first thing I will do is put an end to this awful addiction. This porn/masturbation addiction has been controlling me for too long. It's caused me to become depressed. It's also caused me to develop social anxiety and obsessive compulsive disorder. It causes me to have trouble concentrating and paying attention in school, as well. I've also had trouble talking to girls. I can have normal conversations with them, but I can't tell them my true feelings. Overall I just want to be free from this addiction. Along with quitting porn/masturbation I also want to start working out and eating healthier. I'm not planning on going on any kind of diet, but I just want to start eating less junk food and making healthier choices when it comes to eating. I'm hoping these changes will help me become A better, happier person. All of these changes start tomorrow. Tomorrow will be day 1 of a new chapter in my life. Wish me good luck!

    Good luck! I know that it will be hard at first, but trust me when I say this, that it will get easier once you get past those old habits and create new ones. You can do it! It's possible for you to change! This is your life, now go out there and take control of it.

    May God help you in your transformation. If he has not already, May he make his presence in your life known. May he keep you in the palm of his hand guiding you upon the right paths and people. May he breathe new life into you, make you new, and help you to become everything that you've been created to be. In Jesus name, amen!

    Good luck, man. When we stop watching porn, we suddenly have so much time at hand. If we have time and no work to do then this might lead to craving for porn and relapsing eventually. So make sure you utilize that gained time fruitfully.
    May be make a to-do list and keep yourself occupied. Since you have decided to eat healthy, may be learn how to cook new healthy dishes, watch movies or documentaries that you always wanted watch and so on...you got the idea :)
