I cant cum during sex, i have death grip and want to stop fapping

    I believe i have death grip from and early age fapping prone , when i was 21 i didn't fap for 2 weeks and learned how to masturbate proper and i would watch porn with it and at first it would take me forever to cum masturbating normal then eventually i was able to cum fast.

    However , i have became a porn addict and i been clean from porn for sometime but the one thing i cant stop is fapping i usually do it couple times a day and sometimes i wont but ill relapse and go on a binge.

    When i fap i turn down sex because i physically cant have it due to ed from over masturbation .

    Now on to the sex part i have never came from a blow job ever in my life and i want to so bad and im willing to not masturbate so i can achieve that . I have came during sex but not in a long time i came with only 4 girls out of 50 and 90% of those times i cant even masturbate and cum on the spot because it takes too long.

    Has anyone on here cured slight e.d and most importantly death grip? im willing to do what it takes to fix my problem , im tired of making excuses to girls why i never cum and i feel terrible after i masturbate , i have low energy and a negative attitude when i fap . heres to my journey of quitting this bad habit.

    Same here bro I’m only 18 and can’t get or keep it up. Been off porn since last November but have gone on a couple of masturbating binges since then but I’ve seen no major improvement yet

    im going to try to see how long i could go. i wont stop having sex because the whole goal for my NoFap is to be able to cum during sex . if that means not coming during sex it is what it is . but i dont want to masterbate anymore

    Im however long into my reboot and tried sex with condom to no avail. No difference in sensation. Oral without felt better but your going to have to go the whole 9 yards on your reboot.

    Im 32 so have longer in the years on this condition but i urge you now to seriously give this a go. My younger years could of been alot greater if i had put the time and the effort into stopping porn and masturbating

    Guys. This takes time.

    I'm over a hundred days no PM and 12 no O. I'm actually still in a flat-line.

    Cutting out porn and masturbation improved my sex immensely, but I kind of plateau-ed a bit, so switched to hard-mode. I anticipate I'll be doing hard mode for the months to come on-top of the time I already did standard.

    Hi im female and had the female versions of your issues. Due to Mo'ing i wasnt able to O with my partner in any way at all and i also couldnt become physically aroused.
