    Hello. Im 26yo, i have problems with porn since long time, i qouit this shit last year and it was about 2 months. Now im still with this problem. I met a woman whcich is very atracctive. I dont wonna stop havin sex with her but i need to qouit fap. Is it good or should i stop both. what U suggest>? Thank U for some adivce

    Yes it is ok. Just go normal mode instead of hard. So do not watch porn and do not masturbate. That's it. Sex is OK.

    In my opinion,
    the whole point in NoFap is to quit watching porn and masturbating
    and to start experiencing all those feelings with a real woman (NOT prostitutes)
    so I think that you're fine.
