Edging will get it worse. Read about healing so called "blue balls". If pain will not go away, contact doctor. In my case I had to take antibiotics. i would advise drinking plenty of water. try and drink atleast 8 glasses a day. i try and drink a glass atleast every hour. hopefully a regular pee stream will take pain away. if i were you i would avoid any edging/playing with penis. you will most likely get carried away and all those sex thoughts will get into your mind and you might play with yourself all night.
Shit! I relapsed today. I woke up feeling more depressed than usual and then felt like my p**** was like dead. Out of fear I somehow got carried away to check if I have regained sensitivity or not and binge-relapsed. Still it didn't make me feel any better. I guess my flatline has started.
