7/8 and it feels good to say that. Last time I got to this stage I was an emotional mess. Feel stronger and more determined this time. And been through a lot of hardships this last week.

I feel more level mentally in handling things

Can i ask you several questions @pillan24 ? What is the goal in blocking P subs ? How you will gain confidence about controling yourself while you can't just get on the sub and jerk off ? You are a slave but with a keys in your hands.

I actually reached 29 days before. And I could've kept going but I gave in to porn. I've been bingeing on porn and masturbation on and off. I have held streaks of four days at most since my relapse. Blocking porn subs blocks the unnecessary content from my browsers. There's no reason to keep porn on my computer. It's been keeping me from being who I want to be. I could be reading or doing something better with my time. But I keep subjecting myself to porn. That's why I decided to block it. I have intense pain from not being able to reach my previous record, but I am also taking the necessary steps to prevent this bullshit from happening again. I'm at a point where not even the pain stops me from ruining myself.

I believe blocking porn is one step in the road towards healing.

Discipline bro. I need to work on it. Also, your post just motivated me to prove you wrong. I'll save it

I understand bro. But once I receive a challenge, I don't back down. If I relapse after today, I will take what you have said. You can personally rub it in my face and I will consider what you have said.

What is the best thing to do to stop making up scenarios in your head?
I never gave it too much of attention but it's really starting to get on my nerves.
It's like, it doesn't affect my personal life but it's really annoying sometimes.
Please tell me if you have any solution for that.

    UPDATE:
I heard this morning a song on the radio while driving to the UNI (a song that she loved)
and it immediately brought tears to my eyes and made me feel sad and I also have a little bit of a headache right now but I'll be fine.

    Congratulations!

Tears and stuff, that's the hormonal rollercoaster.
    Making up scenarios:
First realise it's not you who is making up the stories - it is a habit, it is like counting up to 10 a hundred times, when you quit counting, you mind will still be counting. So realize that it's habit and you can't help it.
Second whenever you realize you are making up stories, use the "name 3 things... " technique to get back to the present moment
Thirdly, perseverance and time. Have patience. This is the hardest habit to break, it's going to take a looong time.

Good. One step at a time.
