    I will be posting everyday about how my journey of nofap is going for 90 days!

    today is my 3rd day and according to most Fapstronauts till 3rd day all the guilt and shame seems to be drained away.

    By updating this thread daily, I will be more motivated and more focused.
    I hope you guys will post some advice and my mistakes.
