Checking out girls/fantasizing

    Ok so I workout 6 days a week. I go to a large, commercial co-ed gym. There's always a few attractive girls working out, wearing yoga pants...this is my weakness! Is it okay for me to "check them out"? Also, because I'm into bodybuilding my test is high (thanks to nofap as well) so I sometimes have brief fantasies or get aroused while in between sets when I see an attractive woman working out (squatting or whatnot, you know).

    I know part of the goal of nofap is to learn to approach woman more comfortably and talk to them, but I'm only 17 years old and these girls are in their twenties.

    Any help or suggestions would be great!

    Don't let your age limit you. If you act confident and mature then girls will assume that you're older than you really are.

    Let the sexual energy fuel you. Channel it it and use it for your workouts to make them even more intense and beneficial. We are beings that have an ultimate goal = To procreate. Our one goal in life is to pass on our genes which drives us to do the many things in life that potentially attract mates. In this case, you are out of the legal range for these women, so even though your body wants you to go get them, you can't. So you're just left with a bunch of left over energy that was supposed to be used on those fine ladies. Just use it for your next set and get a bigger pump than usual.

    Good idea. However, I'd say (as well as others) that I look a bit younger than my age, maybe 15-16ish and these girls are in their early twenties...

    While dating underage men as women isn't as common, it is still illegal if you live in the US, so you may want to stray away from them till you're 18.
