Advice and help appreciated.

    Hi, I'd just like to start off with an introduction of myself. I'm 17 and one of my main goals is to stop PMO. This is because I've seen the positive effects of abstaining even 1 week into it and so I want to continue until I drop it altogether. I have hobbies in the form of fitness (weightlifting and cardiovascular activity) but this was something I've always done even before I discovered the harmful effects of PMO, so I am quite disciplined in this already. I also do boxing and do not have any medical issues or problems with depression. However, I've always run into walls and seemed to plateau at 1 week into the recovery process. I'd like to attribute it to myself not working hard enough but every time I get an urge it just seems impossible to rid it because it is so strong. I feel as if all willpower is drained. I would like to ask for some help and advice to help me in my journey... what deters and strategies could I use for prevention of relapsing?

    Education, cold shower when urges arise, exercise, learn to love being horny rather than just killing urges stone dead by wanking, appreciate having a cock thats ready for action rather than always shriveled because its over-satisfied

    Create an escape plan. What are your options when you feel the urges? What are you going to do to fight those urges? Make a list or write a statement something you can refer to when the battle gets heavy.
