In 19 days into my reboot and haven't really noticed any improvement in my morning erections. Any thoughts my friends?
Give it some time. This is a very long process. I just got out of a 41 days streak. I can tell you I got some improvement with PIED for short periods of time around day 25-30, and then I flatlined all the way. It's frustrating, but it's normal and the way it's supposed to be. Don't worry about not seeing changes this early.
by saying ''Erection'' you mean '' wet dream'' ? if you mean that here some tips: always piss before sleep thats gone reduce the chances of having wet dreams avoid sleeping on your belly wear confortable clotheS ( avoid tight clothes) about 30 min before sleep do something relaxing (like reading a book , drink tea or tisane) avoid screens that's ruine you sleep cycle and you gone have a stressful sleep , trust me Avoid fantasming or have sexual thought before sleep like our friend '@evan alden' said NoFap is along process you need patience , me eighter i cannot share with you my experience ( because i'm on 23th day) , but by some studys i read on yourbrainonporn.com nofap gone cure PEID ( erectal dysfonction) and nofaps helps to gain energy and in this period your receptors in your brain gone recover ( receptors who is slightly damaged by over dopamine) , this recovering process gone help you to improve your mood , your taste and enjoy every moment in your life , like for example your envy in lisening to music gone improve , even small thing Don't give up , the ways you accepted to do the nofap means you want make a small good step in your life , and you gone be rewarded by the time
Time and patience my friend. This is not a process for the faint hearted. I’ve only getting morning wood now and again but am now at the level where even thinking about a girl I got intimate with a few times this year gives me a 60% erection. That is from absolute total pied too.
I went on hardmode for 41 days, but I relapsed some days ago. From my experience it gets better, however, I peeked at porn twice and I think just looking at it a little bit your recovery gets sabotaged. I got better but from what I've read around here, morning wood takes quite some time to come back.
