I tried NoFap and I am getting its results. It has helped me regain my lost sexual health. The libido is still somewhat on a lower side, but it has improved and will keep improving (In Sha Allah) with time. The morning wood is good though. This forum is really helpful. I am highly thankful to NoFap and forums like these.
