I always wanted to be a fapstronaut when I grew up

    Hi! I think my story is pretty common. I've been masturbating ever since I was a child. I'm in my thirties now. Exposed to pornography very early in life. Struggled a lot in my 20's to stop PMO but just could never do it. I've tried the Candeo program, and learned a lot of really good strategies, but they didn't stick. I've been tracking my daily progress for the past year and a half, and I've had some successes. I've had stretches of 32, 36, 46, and 52 day stretches of no PMO, but a moment of weakness and horniness always defeats me in the end. I want to shoot for 60 and then push it to 90. Eventually I want to be totally PMO free, but I must take small steps. Thanks for the support!

    Welcome!, i also know about these programs of help, but how i've abstained for months of this addiction is just by leaving it for good, by myself, in this struggle we fight ourselves, the resolution you already have it, its time for perfect execution, HARD MODE, lets do it

    Hey, welcome to the forum! Your previous streaks are pretty impressive already, I'm sure that with all the extra accountability and support from this forum, you'll go the extra mile and reach 90 days, and eventually become fap free altogether. :) I've been on NoFap for 6 months and my personal best is 24 days, so you're already doing better than me dude, well done!
