I had an uncle, who was an doctor his whole life and a writer, recently passed away with age of 96, when I was a kid, he gave me one of his experimental book, he wanted me to check it out, because this book was about teenagers, their sexual and life problems, and how to solve them, he had seen many good families and breaking up ones. So he wrote that book from his experience, his whole life experience. Sadly, I just yesterday found that little book in my shelf...why didn't I read this when I was a kid.
    Translation from chapter:

    Keep your mental hygiene:
Avoid any erotic irritation and pornographic literature. This creates unnecessary feeling outbreaks, which fire is very hard to tame. In those flames very often life's ideals and hopes are burned. This type of frequent excitement create also known physical damage to the body, like prostatism, neurasthenia and later impotence. Do not believe in atheist "scientist" allegations about need of sexual freedom.

Modern sexologists working only on individuals biologic engine level and excluding his spiritual level, they only complicate and deepen the problem more than solve.

Wow what a profound thing to find. You said: "Sadly, I just yesterday found that little book in my shelf...why didn't I read this when I was a kid." I think we all kinda have that thought in our own ways. All the time i similarly think about how nice it would have been for somebody to teach me about the dangers of "erotic irritation and pornographic literature" when i was young and before i got myself involved with them. Thats really awesome that your uncle went against the grain of what other experts were saying and wanted to help young people know how to solve these types of problems.
Just curious but was that book ever published?
Anyway thanks for sharing, what a cool find.

The problem was, that when I was a kid, I didn't like to read, he gave that little experimental book to me and my two cousins, who were older than me, but in their teen years. At the time he was working on publishing his main book about art and music, importance of it, but this prototype never got published. This prototype mainly discourages youth from empty modern music/art, but encourages to seek life's beauty in operas, theaters, encourages to seek love only after when you are settled in life, not while you are being teenager, that 90% of that teen love just ends in break ups, unwanted pregnancies. But mainly he encourages religion, that spiritual life is also important.

Okay.......that really hit the spot and sunk in heavy, first of all I wanna thank you for posting this and your uncle for this information, personally this will help me a ton and others too. Your uncle sounds like someone who was way ahead of his time like those famous scientists you hear who had discovered the undiscovered. It's interesting how he had made a book about all that literature and gave it to you. Btw is there a way that you can share the experimental book with others, I would be really grateful if it was possible.
I'm going to look into this more, I feel like I'm onto something here. Thanks again!

Sorry for a late answer, I was quite busy for past days. This book is not in English, if I had to post it somewhere, I would have to translate really a lot...
