Have you created a schedule for yourself to dismantle the porn addiction?

    I did not make a schedule because I know that I suck at sticking to a written outline. Rather I look at the times where I usually feel like fapping the most (Late nights) and focus on keeping myself busy during those times. NoFap has a good emergency button in case you ever feel down. At the press of a button you get instant motivation bytes (works short term).

    I keep a to-do list of the things I want to accomplish. When I feel tempted to PMO, I take a glance at my list and I always have something I can do on that list. Read, pray, make music, est. Always helps to have those things that are never crossed out in a way because I can't fool myself into saying, "Got everything done, guess I can PMO!"
