    And I can't stop doing it. I am doing it like 5 times a day at least and I can not stop. Please help me huys because I used to abstain from pmo for a year but now, it seems that I can not even for an hour.

    Pmo is your enemy.. And you are doing it in excessive amount if you quit this bad habit you will gain confidence back..You are losing lots of nutrients of your body which are causing you hair loss, less confidence,dark circles,brain power decrease,bad personality etc...

    Dont watch P. I am your friend but this pmo is your enemy..Trust me...At least give a week to nofap and watch your confidence by your own eyes..
