Porn is great source to destroy yourself completely. But for most of us we do that unconsciously or without our permission. Mind is the great source to achieve what you truly want from your life. You fill your mind good or bad,it will give results accordingly. It's kinda law of attraction.
Frequency at which you work,world responds to it. Irrespective of positive or negative. That's where our choice comes. That's why we say life is all about our choices.

My journey has been good except very few relapses. Currently,I'm progressing well But I want a lot more. Physically mentally emotionally improved a lot but still I would say there's more to go.

As a human I feel ashamed that I had to go through those hurdles which now I don't want anyone to face and there might be more IDK.But at the end you have to forgive yourself. That's for sure.

You'll progress much Faster if you start forgiving yourself and start feeling love and gratitude.
There is a science in it. Power of Gratitude.Power of Love.

Forgive yourself everyday and start pushing your limits. Keep track of yourself. You have to give yourself fully to it. That's how you will win .
