    Firat, I wasn't heavily addicted most of my M and watching PMO was from being horny or bored.
    Now, after 56 days without watching PMO I still want to M sometimes from the same reasons (feel to me that I feel mostly horny). What will I feel if I M after this long period? Will it be worth it?

    Well, at least he is making progress. I think now he is on day 57. So that is something for sure. He is much higher up the ladder than me. Definitely wish him luck in what he is trying to do.

    Did it happened to you in the past?

    BTW I don't know if I did brake my 56 days. I watched something that isn't pmo but might be close to it and I don't know if it broke my "record". What do you think?

    I really just filling my schedule and not leaving time to m are watching pmo. It is not easy but when I started I didn't felted that I was super addicted but I do think that I hade a small one.
    I very aware of my self so I pay attention to things that change in me.
