    stay strong... My longest streak was 73 days. I relapsed at 73th day for the same reasons... it didn't worth it and I felt terrible. Stay on your path. Recovery won't happen overnight, it takes time but it will definitely happen. Like it happened for thousands of others. Good luck mate.

    I think that's very normal, Don't think too much about wet dream, number of days and counter. Try to enjoy your life as much as possible - speak with psychologist, meet friends, trust me there is huge power will come from conversations.
    My coach used to say feeling sadness is sign of progress .... because normal people feel sad and don't PMO and for years we used to fap or PMO when we feel sad or upset so whats your going through is very normal.
    Take good care of yourself ..... You are doing a great job
     
  7. I think the biggest power of Nofap is it shows you who really you are. Your weaknesses and your strengths. It will show you things to work on, most of it would be your insecurities. Nofap won't do that much really. Changes happen when you start workin on those. I realize that life is meant to be lived, not just to wait for miracles to happen. Stay strong man

  8. It’s not until you start filling your life with projects, adventures, self and given love and other miraculous things that pmo had stolen from you that your brain really starts to heal.

    What type of vitamin supplement you guys recommend? I'm in a flatline as well but I want to be sharp for my job.

    108 days in Normal Mode and counting (completed 91 days of Hard Mode).     So far my benefits are:
    -Boost in self-esteem
    -Sharper mind and longer focus streaks in work and hobbies, I can devour a book in one sitting (this was impossible to me as a PMOer)
    -Social anxiety almost gone, OCD almost gone
    -I can handle bad situations way better
    -And the most asked one: lots of female attention.

    Anyway I wouldn't recommend you to focus on this benefits, focus on your healing process instead. Benefits will come eventually.

    I can say the first weeks were horrible, just stayed at home with headaches, emotional numbness and zero motivation to even cook for myself.

    That's complete bullshit and it doesn't make any sense at all, I personally used to consume 5 bananas a day as part of my diet, which constitutes of 400g~500g of carbohydrates. If you work out like me, you naturally have to raise your calorie intake as part of your routine to build muscles mass, that's simple, some people eat 10- 15 eggs a day

    I did man and it has been the worst thing I've experienced so far in my whole life and not even a death of a loved one can compare, it's that serious. The lack of emotions and vital energy combined with the numbness is unreal, insane

    thats a really good sign, keep on the path. Dont PMO. Your brain is healing and releasing old trapped emotions. This is good for you and your mental & emotional self. You will return back to normal soon

    In my time abstaining from masturbation I went for 6 months. I felt depressed for that whole time. I would randomly have times when I would feel so in the moment and my brain clear for a short time, then would go to depressed mode. It's like like a weather forecast outlook, today it's rainy tomorrow it's sunny the next day is windy, it's a journey really.
