Day 2 of quitting PMO, tobbaco,marijuana and alcohol. Tips, experience anyone?

    It's 2:22 AM here. Every inch of my body feels like it's getting ripped apart. Lying in bed. I worked during the afternoon (as a piano teacher) and almost went home because of very strong dizziness, sweating and panic attacks.
    My mind is screaming at me, telling me I won't ever be happy this way. That I need PMO, smoking and alcohol to deal with the fact that I'm not happy with my work, my life, with everything. That I need it to escape from reality. I DON'T WANT TO GIVE IN!!

    I feel like I have to quit all these things at the same time - cause they're connected to each other so strongly.
    Anyone tips? Anyone with experience of quitting multiple things together at the same time?

    Day 3 today. Tonight is even worse than yesterday. My body feels like it's under tremendous stress. I don't have urges in a sense that they don't come and go away: it's basically one big aweful urge that doesn't lessen. Does anyone know when one usually reaches the strongest withdrawal symptoms? Will it be less soon? Or do I have to look forward to a lot of days that feel like this?
     
  3. Bro, vegan diet helps a lot.

    I quit smoking, now i use chewing tobacco.

    A great substitute for alcohol is kratom, less toxic, but can be addictive as well, so be careful about that.

    Thanks man! I agree that diet is something that changes a lot. I want to eat less meat and diary products (for all the reasons), I just have to take baby steps. I like them too much.

    Chewing tobacco! Isn't that just as bad as smoking?

  5. Nice bro ! Vegan diet is not hard (its the addiction, like pmo) its absolutely amazing. You can check Infinite Waters, and many others :).

    Well i have been kind of chain smoking for about 10 years. My lungs got really hurt, went to the doctor & had x-ray done and all. Luckily no cancer.

    I believe that the tobacco plant is not bad per se. If you would smoke tea leaves, it would screw up the lungs too, even if you would smoke grass or spinach so to speak.. it would be bad. The lungs function is for clean air.
    To ingest any kind of food, substance, herb or whatever, the normal way is via the digestive system. People dont die of nicotine overdose, but always because of lung issues. Chewing tobacco helped me so much, i dont even want to stop it :).
    Kratom is amazing too, however this might be a bit addictive and be a bit more cautious, but i believe its better than alcohol, and the effects are alike.
