Duration for reverse effects

    Hi my dear friends, I'm now on 21st day without fap n porn. I read many benefits from nofap. Still I couldn't feel any of those.
    I gained:
    1...felt rested for only 7 or 8 hours sleep unlike b4(9 or 10 and still annoying).
    2...feeling little more confidence.

    Please, I really wanted to know when my voice get deeper, me get calmer.....

    Please help me any one who gone through 90 days or more. I trust nofap mantra more than 100%.

    kart123: This isn't a mantra unfortunately. This is instead the greatest experiment of your life and our generation. What we count on is your experience and every other member's experience through journals and success stories, as well as a plethora of information on yourbrainonporn.com.     I say you have to give it more time. At day 21 it is still too soon to feel the effects of nofap.

    The little more confidence you are feeling will with time, allow you to announce better your words, and have a stronger presence when speaking. This could equate to having your voice get deeper.     In his 90 day report beauty says:

    When do you get calmer?

    Well that is a tougher one. Depends on how much you used to use porn to shield your emotions and if you have had any ADD or ADHD. Depends on your environment as well. Search the success stories though, most members after 90 days have reported feeling calmer and even more have reported what truly matters, which is dealing with our emotions better. Wether calm, upset, or angry. Frankly, I believe that one learns to DEAL with one's problems and emotions better. So while one doesn't get calmer, one learns to feel all emotions like waves of the ocean washing over, but knows how to act on each one better.

    What you must believe deep in your heart is that this isn't a quick remedy, and truly speaking no quick remedy works. Check out the diet pill industry for proof of that. This is continuous self improvement.

    The fastest way to speed this up is to live your life to the fullest by planning out your objectives and goals, having hobbies and going outside.
