    Hey guys,

    I was thinking that it would be beneficial for us all to reflect on what we got done instead of wasting our lives on PMO — would love to have this thread stay active and to hear from fellow NoFappers.

    Today, instead of PMO, I finished my homework ahead of schedule and then worked out.
