    It's crazy I've made it this far already. I feel so much more alive now than I did 3 months ago, but I'm still in the process. I've been having urges again lately but haven't fallen back into it. Now it's time to set another goal!

    Thanks guys! I gave in to it today and relapsed which was so not worth it. I did make it a quarter of a year though on my first nofap.org try. I'm going to pick myself back up and beat my previous record x2.
